Consolidation coal hole packer is suitable for the coal seam or rock formation slip after injecting water or resin, then the subsequent holes plugging. It can be used to transfer mixed resin, water, cement and other media. And it is composed of high pressure inflation hose which is made from high quality NR synthetic rubber, safety value, rapid-acting coupling and framework steel tube. And it can be used only once.
Consolidation coal hole packer is mainly used for the coal seam consolidation by applying synthetic resin to the coal seam. The interspace of coal seam will be smaller due to the injection of resin. As a result, the gas content is reduced. And the synthetic resin has excellent anti-seepage & plugging capacity and high consolidation strength. So it can consolidate the coal seam.
The most suitable sealing bore diameter
For the 22-2 inflatable packers samples you need, the most suitable bore diameter is 50 mm.
The major consolidation is the choice of inflation fluid and we mainly recommend water. Water is preferred, after establishing an initial seal, it will remain inflated up for its incompressibility. However if by gas, it couldn’t reach so good effect. We have to keep the gas pressure at a level above the sum of the sealing and grouting pressures. Meanwhile, owing to the air permeability, it will shorten the service life of the rubber hose. While when the water level is too low or too dry, gas inflation is recommended.
The nature rubber has good inflation characteristic (the rubber material for the inflatable packer is nature rubber). Oil fluid will damage the nature rubber, so inflation by any oil is forbidden.
How to use?
Put the inflatable packer to the bore hole fully, then connect with the pressure source (water is recommended). When the packer seals the hole totally and the safety valve opens, inject water, resin or other material (any kind of oil is forbidden). When the process is finished, remove the pipe which is for pressure source.
If you use water as inflation fluid, the water suction pump is needed.
The 22-2 inflatable packer you buy, when under uncontrolled condition, the pressure should not exceed the 6 MPa or it will be dangerous. When in the work conditions, the test working pressure can reach 12 MPa and the burst pressure could be 24 MPa.
