Consolidation coal hole packer is composed of high pressure inflation hose, safety value, rapid-acting coupling and framework steel tube. It is mainly used to inject resin to coal bed, which can make the coal bed reinforced. Therefore, it can improve the safety of mine construction and production.
Water injection hole packer is composed of high pressure inflation rubber hose, safety value and rapid-acting coupling. It is used to inject water to coal, which can reduce the gas content and improve workers' operation conditions. What's more, the water can humidify the coal, which can prevent the coal auto-ignition. Besides, it can lower the cost.
Gas drainage hole packer has two holes: one is used to inject water to the coal bed, and another is used to discharge gas. So it has all the functions of water injection hole packer, such as reducing gas content, improving workers operation conditions, preventing coal auto-ignition and lowering cost. Besides, it can be used for gas drainage.
Water use of bottom hole circulation grouting plug has three holes: the first one is used to inject water or air into it to make the rubber hose inflated, the second one is used to inject cement and the third one is used to discharge the water or gas produced in the cement injection process. Its unique structure makes it widely used in hydropower station, geological exploration water pressure testing and water shutoff in drilling. And it is also used for the hole plugging and water shutoff of coal bed. Besides, it is used for gas testing and discharge.
