Water Use of Bottom Hole Circulation Grouting Plug Application Method and Safety Notes

1. Connect all pipeline systems, tighten all screw threads and connect the air supply or hydraulic pump. Put the water use of bottom hole circulation grouting plug into the hole mouth (or steel tube closed at one end) to check its pressure. And examine the joint leakage, then put it into the hole.
2. Open the pressure reducing value of gas cylinder or hydraulic pump to make the water use of bottom hole circulation grouting plug inflate gradually. Inflation pressure must be larger than the 2/3 times of grouting pressure. And grouting can be carried out if the inflation pressure is up to the predetermined pressure.
3. When there is a large amount of slurry overflowing in the slurry recycle mouth in the start of grouting, pressurize the water use of bottom hole circulation grouting plug slowly to the predetermined grouting pressure. Or large pressure difference is easily formed. And workers should often check the pressure of cylinder pressure reducing value pressure gauge, and fill the gas to the cylinder immediately if the pressure is reduced.
4. Workers must check whether slurry channeling, plug wind or slurry returning exists if the grouting time is long. If these phenomena exist, stop the grouting and remove the pressure. Loose the inflatable plug up and down to prevent it from being consolidated, which makes it difficult to take out.
5. Remove the grouting pressure first and then remove the inflation pressure when the grouting is ended. Don't remove the inflation pressure first, because the water use of bottom hole circulation grouting plug may shoot up in that occasion and result in safety accident.
6. Put the water use of bottom hole circulation grouting plug into a steel tube closed at one end after the grouting is ended and pressurize 0.5 MPa, then you can carry out the cycle wash.
7. Connect the water pipe and slurry entering pipe & slurry returning pipe respectively to wash them after the water use of bottom hole circulation grouting plug is taken out.
8. When many water use of bottom hole circulation grouting plugs are used together, all the pipes must be put in parallel.
9. Open the lower end of water use of bottom hole circulation grouting plug and wash it and put butter on it if the water use of bottom hole circulation grouting plug is used for long time.
